G. Brett Barnett
Brett brings over 27 years of business development and acquisition experience to the Villas Summit team. Brett started out working all facets of his family business ending up as sales manager when the company was sold to BFI. He then worked as a broker in fixed income investments for number of years before moving to Aspen to start a ski rental and retail operation which blossomed into over 20 stores around the west with various real estate development components.
Some Relevant Projects Include:
- Majority owner of Aspen Sports, Inc. - Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, Keystone, and Breckenridge, Colorado ( $18,000,000 in revenue and 20 stores when sold to Specialty Sports.
- Barnett Fyrwald Holdings, Inc. - Vail, Aspen, and Glenwood Springs, Colorado ($16,000,000 in commercial real estate value with properties in Vail, Aspen, and Glenwood Springs, Colorado).
- Also owns additional commercial real estate individually in Colorado and Utah.
- Purchased Ski & See Sports in 1998 and started R & R Sports Company, LLC a ski rental operation - Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons, Utah
- Purchased Butte & Company in Crested Butte, Colorado, in June of 2005.
- Purchased Silverhawk Aviation July 21, 2006 in conjunction with Gillum Group. Fixed base operator - Lincoln, Nebraska ($9,000,000 in sales).
- Purchased The Ski Barn ski shops in 2006. Five ski shops that have operated in West Virginia for over 20 years - Wintergreen, Winterpark, and Snowshoe Village, West Virginia.
Stephen J. Lunney
Steve brings over 11 years of experience to the Villas Summit team in all phases of Project Management including due diligence, acquisition, finance, accounting, construction administration, design, and sales and marketing. He received his B.B.A. from The University of Notre Dame, his CPA for the State of New York and his M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Michael Moran
Mike brings over 27 years of experience to the Villas Summit team as a licensed Building Inspector, Plans Examiner, and Master Electrician. Some of his most significant positions were as the City of Boston's Electrical Inspector and the Building Inspector for the town of Breckenridge. He has earned 7 relevant licenses and certifications in the building industry and also owned his own business as an electrician.
